Jones Development is a boutique real estate firm located in Seattle WA. We look to acquire true value add opportunities in markets where cap rates are close to or above that of replacement costs with a preference for supply-constrained submarkets supported by strong economic growth. We then look to force appreciation through a detailed approach of rehabilitation and/or the repositioning of assets.
While primary markets are not overlooked secondary markets outside of urban core are the targeted geographic areas. The goal is to meet the demand for affordable housing across the state of Washington in markets that have above average YoY growth trajectory. Although it will not be a prerequisite to hitting acquisition requirements, the development team is focused on transient oriented communities as the light rail expands further away from the Seattle core.
We are welcoming accredited investors at any time. Once a consultation has been completed and an allocation determined, investors will be pre-positioned for the next opportunity on a direct invest basis. Opportunities present themselves throughout the year, so prospective investors are encouraged to reach out whenever a liquidity situation or allocation plan creates an appetite.
